Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy – The Wine Curator

At The Wine Curator, we offer both subscription-based and single-purchase options. Please review our cancellation policy below before placing an order.

1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions must be canceled at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations made within less than 30 days before the next shipment will apply to the following cycle.
• To cancel your subscription, please email thewinecurator@gmail.com with your request.

2. Single Purchase Cancellation Policy

• Once a single-purchase order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as our selections are bespoke and personalized.
• If an order has not yet been processed for shipping, you may contact us at thewinecurator@gmail.com to check if cancellation is possible, but this is not guaranteed.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

• Due to the personalized nature of our wine selections, all sales are final—no changes, returns, or exchanges are accepted.
• If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos as proof, and we will assess the situation.

4. Corked Wine Policy

• The Wine Curator is not responsible for wines affected by cork taint (TCA contamination).
• We are happy to assist in contacting the producer or distributor for potential resolutions.
