Shipping Policy – The Wine Curator

At The Wine Curator, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy below for details on subscription and single-purchase orders.

1. Subscription Orders

• Subscription orders must be placed by the 22nd of each month to receive the next month's selection.
• Deliveries are made in the first week of the following month.
• Orders placed after the 22nd will be processed for the subsequent month’s shipment.

Example:

• If you subscribe on March 15, your first box will arrive in the first week of April.
• If you subscribe on March 25, your first box will arrive in the first week of May.

2. Single Purchases

• Single bottle or box purchases are shipped within a maximum of 15 days from the order date.
• Delivery times may vary based on shipping destination and courier availability.

3. Delivery Details

• We currently deliver within [specify countries/regions].
• A valid shipping address must be provided to ensure successful delivery.
• An 18+ adult signature is required upon delivery, in compliance with Dutch alcohol regulations.
• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or multiple failed attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on location and order size.
• We may offer free shipping promotions on certain orders or subscriptions.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us at thewinecurator@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos as proof.
• We will assist in resolving the issue, but we are not liable for damages caused by third-party carriers.
• Lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Corked Wine Policy

• We are not responsible for wines affected by cork taint (TCA contamination).
• However, we are happy to assist in contacting the producer or distributor for potential solutions.
