2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions must be canceled at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations made within less than 30 days before the next shipment will apply to the following cycle.

3. No Changes or Returns

• As this is a bespoke and personalized service, no changes or modifications can be made to the curated selections once an order is placed.
• No returns or refunds are accepted, except in cases where a product arrives damaged.

4. Corked Wine Policy

• The Wine Curator is not responsible for wines affected by cork taint (TCA contamination).
• We are happy to assist in contacting the producer or distributor for potential resolutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We take great care in curating high-quality wines, but we do not guarantee specific bottles or vintages.
• We are not liable for any damages, health issues, or other consequences resulting from the consumption of our wines.
• Customers must ensure they are legally allowed to receive alcoholic beverages in their region.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

• This legal notice and all services provided by The Wine Curator are governed by Dutch law.
• Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
