Return & Refund Policy – The Wine Curator

At The Wine Curator, we take pride in offering personalized wine selections, but due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please review the policy below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • As we offer a bespoke and personalized service, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wine purchases.
  • Once your order has been placed, it cannot be altered, canceled, or returned.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or with defective bottles, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • To assist us in processing your claim, please provide detailed information, including photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • We will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or assistance in contacting the producer or distributor.

3. Corked Wine Policy

  • The Wine Curator is not responsible for wines affected by cork taint (TCA contamination).
  • If you receive a wine that is corked, we are happy to assist you in contacting the producer or distributor to help resolve the issue, but we do not offer refunds or replacements directly for corked wines.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged products reported within the 48-hour period as described above.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-defective products.
